But the tradeoff with this exclusive pre-order gift is that you have to claim it from GameStop in store. I can’t believe GameStop expects me to step outside the day I should be Inside play the game non-stop.

Walmart’s incentive is a free Master Sword wall scroll. Unfortunately, after Walmart quickly sold a gold-colored wall scroll that was limited to 5,000, they came back with a black wall scroll that sold out, returned, and sold out again. The black scroll is also “limited”, but there is no mention that there is a set number, so it might appear again.

Ordering the Zelda Special Edition Nintendo Switch OLED

Finally, let’s talk about Zelda’s elusive White Whale pre-orders. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom The Collector’s Edition is the game’s requisite expensive bundle with a bunch of additional fancy loot. In it, the standard cartridge version of the game is accompanied by a metal steel book cover to look fancier on your shelf, along with a poster, collectible pins, and a small art book, all of which cost $129.99.

Pre-orders from retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and Target sold out very quickly and reappeared regularly for short periods, but it’s currently unavailable. It is possible it may come back with more availability like that Metroid horror Special Edition did, but there’s definitely no guarantee it’ll happen before or even after May 12th.
